Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to store sales teams, ensuring seamless client service and execution of sales processes.
  • Manage clienteling activities including maintaining CRM records, scheduling appointments, and following up with high-value clients to drive retention and repeat business.
  • Oversee inventory controls and stockroom organisation: receive, process and reconcile shipments, conduct cycle counts and assist with stock transfers.
  • Support point-of-sale operations including cash handling, transaction processing, returns, and reconciliation with accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain brand standards on the sales floor and in displays.
  • Prepare and deliver regular operational and sales reports to management; identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between store, regional support teams and corporate functions to resolve client, operational or supply issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in retail sales support, client services, or store operations—experience within luxury or premium fashion preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, POS operations and basic sales reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour suitable for luxury retail environments.
