Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to store sales teams, ensuring seamless client service and execution of sales processes.
- Manage clienteling activities including maintaining CRM records, scheduling appointments, and following up with high-value clients to drive retention and repeat business.
- Oversee inventory controls and stockroom organisation: receive, process and reconcile shipments, conduct cycle counts and assist with stock transfers.
- Support point-of-sale operations including cash handling, transaction processing, returns, and reconciliation with accuracy and compliance.
- Assist visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain brand standards on the sales floor and in displays.
- Prepare and deliver regular operational and sales reports to management; identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Act as a liaison between store, regional support teams and corporate functions to resolve client, operational or supply issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in retail sales support, client services, or store operations—experience within luxury or premium fashion preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, POS operations and basic sales reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour suitable for luxury retail environments.
- Reliable attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced retail setting.

Experience
At least three years of progressive retail or sales-support experience, ideally within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with demonstrated competence in clienteling, inventory control and POS systems.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or diploma in retail, business or a related discipline preferred.
