Coach Clienteling & Sales Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to store sales teams, including daily sales reconciliation and point-of-sale assistance.
- Manage clienteling activities: update CRM records, schedule client appointments and support personalized outreach to high-value customers.
- Coordinate inventory control and stock movement — receive, inspect and process inbound merchandise, perform cycle counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Prepare and execute shipments, returns and repairs in compliance with brand protocols and loss-prevention practices.
- Produce regular sales and inventory reports, analyse trends and surface actionable insights to store management.
- Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are upheld and assist with in-store set-ups and seasonal transitions.
- Liaise with e-commerce, distribution and regional teams to resolve order exceptions and fulfilment issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience in luxury retail, sales support, client services or a related operational role.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience handling cash reconciliation and POS transactions.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple operational tasks under tight timelines.
- High standards of personal presentation and adherence to brand service protocols.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience supporting retail sales operations, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion brand. Demonstrated history of clienteling, inventory control and cross-functional coordination is preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred but not mandatory.
