Role & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive sales floor support to store teams, assisting with clienteling, product presentation and transaction flow to optimize conversion and average sale.
- Manage order fulfillment and client orders (phone, e‑commerce and in‑store) including processing, tracking and liaison with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliations, transfers, receiving and shrink control procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards: implement floor moves, refresh displays and ensure merchandise is presentation‑ready at all times.
- Handle returns, exchanges and basic after‑sales inquiries with diplomacy, escalating complex cases to store management or regional teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and operational reports; monitor KPIs and provide actionable feedback to store leadership.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, assist with pricing and tagging, and support promotional launches and client events.
- Collaborate with regional operations and corporate teams to implement process improvements and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting sales or operations in luxury retail, premium fashion or accessories.
- Strong numerical literacy and proven ability to manage inventory and reconcile stock records accurately.
- Exceptional client service orientation with polished verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and peak selling periods, with flexibility.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently.

Experience
At least two years of hands‑on experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with demonstrable exposure to sales support, inventory control and client service processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Business, Retail Management or related discipline preferred.
