Coach Sales Support Associate in New York, NY — operational and clienteling role supporting in-store sales and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the retail sales floor, ensuring seamless client experiences and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage clienteling activities and CRM records to cultivate long-term relationships and support sales initiatives.
- Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the store POS system while maintaining luxury service protocols.
