Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism and deliver personalized, brand‑aligned service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; process payments, handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain an organized, compliant stockroom.
  • Manage stock levels, replenish and style the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed.
  • Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards and capture permitted customer information to support CRM and sales goals.
  • Maintain housekeeping and loss‑prevention standards; follow security procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Support social media engagement and act as a local brand ambassador when required; partner with sales team and management to respond to customer requests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Proven cash handling and POS operation experience; familiarity with shipment processing and inventory control.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline and ability to multitask in a high‑traffic retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; able to deliver consistent brand experiences.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
