Coach is hiring a Sales Support Associate III in New York, NY — provide inventory, order and clienteling support to retail sales teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to store and sales teams, including order processing, fulfillment tracking and post‑sale client support.
- Manage inventory transactions, coordinate replenishment and liaise with distribution/warehouse to resolve stock discrepancies.
- Maintain and enrich client records using the brand's clienteling/CRM processes to support retention and personalised outreach.
- Operate and trouble‑shoot point‑of‑sale (POS) workflows; assist with daily cash reconciliation and sales reporting.
- Prepare regular sales and inventory reports, analyse KPIs and escalate trends or exceptions to management.
- Support visual merchandising resets, back‑of‑house organisation and floor readiness for product launches and events.
- Coordinate appointments, alterations and client requests to ensure a best‑in‑class service experience.
- Train and mentor junior support staff on operational procedures, compliance and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or hospitality preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail operations, sales support or client service—preferably within luxury or premium brands.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and sales workflows with a strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑focused demeanour.
- Flexible availability to support retail peak periods, events and occasional weekends.
- Demonstrated discretion handling sensitive client information and transactions.
