Coach Client Services Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and supervise the sales floor team to deliver exemplary client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop in-store staff through on-the-job training, regular feedback and performance reviews to grow product knowledge and selling skills.
- Drive sales performance through proactive clienteling, upselling, and conversion strategies; monitor KPIs and implement action plans to close gaps.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure windows and floor sets reflect brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and basic payroll or scheduling support.
- Coordinate inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures in partnership with store management and regional teams.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and routine administrative reporting to maintain accurate records of team performance and store metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing frontline talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to manage operational tasks such as cash handling, POS transactions and basic inventory processes accurately.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays; ability to work a variable retail schedule.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in retail, ideally within luxury or premium fashion, with a proven ability to drive sales performance and develop sales associates.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, retail management or fashion preferred.
