Role & Responsibilities
- Support store and wholesale sales teams by managing order entry, fulfilment coordination and clienteling activities to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Operate point-of-sale and CRM systems to process transactions, update client records and follow up on post-sale requests.
- Manage inventory movements and replenishment tasks, including stock transfers, returns processing and reconciliation with visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and operational reports; escalate exceptions and assist in ad hoc analysis to inform local merchandising and replenishment decisions.
- Liaise with logistics, e‑commerce and central teams to coordinate deliveries, repairs and sample movements; track statuses until resolution.
- Deliver high-touch client service by handling inquiries, coordinating appointments and supporting client outreach and retention campaigns.
- Mentor and train junior team members on customer service protocols, CRM best practices and store operational procedures.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail support, client services or sales operations within fashion or luxury retail preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver high standards of client service with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client-facing correspondence.
- Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple operational tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, POS technology and Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic reporting).

Experience
Typically requires at least two years' practical experience supporting retail sales or working in client services within fashion or luxury retail environments; experience with omnichannel operations and wholesale coordination is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
