Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through proactive floor leadership and daily execution of commercial priorities.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to elevate client service, clienteling and conversion rates; conduct in‑store training and performance feedback.
  • Drive exemplary client experience by overseeing personalised selling, VIP servicing and after‑sales follow-up.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards, product presentation and floor moves to preserve brand image and maximise sell‑through.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and inventory controls.
  • Enforce loss prevention policies, maintain compliance with company procedures and contribute to a safe, secure store environment.
  • Prepare staff schedules to align coverage with peak trading hours and support store-level reporting and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of progressive retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead position, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop talent and manage performance.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and commitment to delivering personalised client service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as retail trading requires; ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise.

Experience
