Coach Sales Support Associate (part-time) in Vaughan, Ontario — join Tapestry's retail team; hourly pay CAD $17.60–$22.00.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalised assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
  • Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy and maintain an organised cash wrap.
  • Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and ensure stockroom cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and support promotional or seasonal resets.
  • Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM efforts.
  • Support the sales team by responding to customer requests, partnering with management and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and safe handling procedures while performing physical tasks such as lifting and stock moves.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock or sales experience); experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and mobile POS workflows; basic computer literacy including use of iPad/laptop and internet applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a client-focused demeanour.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical duties such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience; prior luxury retail or branded-store experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
