Coach in New York seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate to provide client service, POS operation and in-store merchandising support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, client-focused service experience that supports sales targets and strengthens customer loyalty.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately, including returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards, including window and floor displays.
  • Replenish merchandise on the salesfloor and manage stockroom organization, receiving and processing deliveries.
  • Support inventory counts, loss-prevention procedures and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Assist with special events, client appointments and peak trading periods to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform administrative duties such as sales reporting, tagging and basic record-keeping as required.

Qualifications

  • Polished, client-oriented demeanour with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move merchandise (standard retail lifting requirements).
  • Reliable, punctual and able to follow brand procedures and visual standards.
