Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with professionalism and deliver attentive, personalised customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with company policy and maintain an organised cash wrap.
• Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; promptly report inventory discrepancies and uphold stockroom standards.
• Replenish floor merchandise, execute visual merchandising updates and assist with store resets to maintain brand presentation.
• Drive ancillary sales by suggesting add-ons and promoting gift cards; capture customer data where permitted to support clienteling.
• Support loss-prevention procedures, maintain housekeeping standards and respond to customer requests in collaboration with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Proficient with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and internet-enabled tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; demonstrated ability to build rapport and handle customer requests confidently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience working with cash handling, stockroom operations or direct customer service; experience within a luxury retail environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, hospitality or fashion-related coursework is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
