Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-touch client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product recommendations and upselling.
- Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate CRM records to support follow-up, appointments and targeted outreach.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, exchanges and returns with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor, ensuring product displays reflect brand guidelines.
- Support store operations including stock replenishment, inventory counts, loss-prevention procedures and daily housekeeping.
- Participate in store events, private appointments and off-hour client engagements as required to drive traffic and conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and build rapport with high-net-worth customers.
- Prior luxury or premium-brand retail sales experience preferred (typically 1–3 years).
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Right to work in the hiring country; ability to travel locally for events or appointments as needed.

Education
