Coach in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate to operate POS, assist customers, and manage stockroom.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and deliver personalized service.
- Operate POS and cash wrap accurately; handle cash/media and maintain register organization in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean stockroom.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and housekeeping standards.
- Suggest add-on items, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support sales objectives.
- Support sales-floor activities and respond to customer requests; partner with colleagues and management to resolve issues.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and store safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of cash register systems and point-of-sale operations.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and internet-enabled tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical activities (climb, bend, kneel).

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have served in luxury retail or high-volume boutique environments and who have performed cashier and stockroom duties.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
