Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalised service.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy and maintain an organised cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; reconcile discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising and display updates as directed.
- Support sales floor activities by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on products, promoting gift cards and capturing customer information where permitted.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting social media engagement when required.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and maintain store housekeeping and safety standards, including lifting and safe handling of merchandise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combination of education and experience accepted.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
- Proven competency with cash register systems, POS and Mobile POS; able to use iPad/laptop and basic internet applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational aptitude and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

At least one year of retail experience, ideally in luxury or premium brand retail, including cashiering and stockroom responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail or customer-service training preferred.
