Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and keep the stockroom orderly.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain store presentation standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support store sales goals.
- Support sales-floor activities and respond to customer enquiries confidently; collaborate with colleagues and escalate to management when required.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, follow Loss Prevention guidelines, and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market activity.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and Mobile POS; able to use iPad, laptop and internet tools; comfortable operating walkie-talkie.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

At least 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
