Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns and exchanges accurately while ensuring a seamless, luxury client experience.
  • Deliver personalised client service consistent with brand standards, including building rapport, managing client requests, and supporting upsell opportunities.
  • Manage cash handling and payment reconciliation at shift close; balance tills and prepare deposits according to store procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards at the register area and adjacent floor space to reflect brand aesthetics.
  • Monitor and report potential loss-prevention risks, follow security protocols for high-value transactions, and assist with inventory controls.
  • Assist the sales floor and stockroom with replenishment, receiving, and order fulfilment as required during peak periods.
