Coach in Toronto (Yorkdale) seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage POS, stock replenishment and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcomes and personalized assistance at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash/media and maintain an organized cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
- Process incoming shipments and transfers, report discrepancies, maintain stockroom organization and execute replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising updates and maintain sales floor standards to reflect brand presentation guidelines.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support local brand engagement including social channels.
- Assist the sales floor team with customer requests, adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stock, sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Proven ability to operate cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and walkie talkie.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational capability and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required, with prior cashiering, stockroom or sales duties preferred; experience in a luxury retail environment is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
