Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service and clienteling to drive sales and repeat business
- Support floor sales by greeting clients, qualifying needs, and recommending Coach product and accessories
- Process transactions accurately using the store POS, including payments, returns, and exchanges
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation, including replenishment and folding
- Assist with inventory tasks: receiving, tagging, stockroom organization and cycle counts
- Support store operational needs such as opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention practices and store recovery
- Participate in promotional events, product launches and peak-period coverage as required
- Communicate daily with store leadership regarding client requests, stock levels and sales activity
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in customer-facing roles; retail or luxury sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Reliable, punctual and capable of standing for extended periods during shifts
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling competence; ability to operate a POS
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Typically 0–2 years of retail experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium apparel/accessories retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality training is advantageous.
