Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive front-line service to clients, proactively driving sales conversions and repeat business through consultative engagement and clienteling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and manage cash handling with accuracy and integrity.
  • Support visual merchandising standards by maintaining displays, replenishing product, and ensuring the sales floor reflects brand presentation guidelines.
  • Assist with stockroom operations: receiving deliveries, inventory replenishment, stock counts and accurate tagging.
  • Prepare and support in-store events, private appointments and client outreach initiatives, including follow-up communications and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with loss-prevention procedures; report exceptions and assist in daily opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven client-facing retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories or leather goods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and deliver personalised service.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transaction accuracy and inventory control.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to meet any brand presentation standards.

Experience

Typically 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment; seasonal or temporary retail experience is advantageous.
