Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-touch, personalised client experience through proactive clienteling and relationship development to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of handbags, leather goods and accessories.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain impeccable presentation to reflect brand aesthetic and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately, perform cash handling and daily reconciliations in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support omnichannel fulfilment including in-store pickup, returns and online order coordination to ensure seamless client journeys.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through stock replenishment, cycle counts and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
  • Contribute to team performance by sharing product knowledge, supporting store initiatives and mentoring junior colleagues when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium retail with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver personalised service.
  • Solid numerical aptitude and experience with cash handling and POS reconciliation.
  • Ability to implement visual merchandising standards and maintain attention to detail in store presentation.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
