Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a polished, client-first shopping experience and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, appropriate upselling and follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients confidently.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards, maintain floor presentation, and assist with inventory receiving, stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Contribute to store operations including loss prevention, opening/closing procedures and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Mentor and support less experienced colleagues; participate in training and share best practices to elevate team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to sell in a premium or luxury retail environment with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished professional presentation.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Right to work in the country of employment and ability to fulfil mobility requirements for the store.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, fashion or a related field preferred.

Typically 3+ years of customer-facing sales experience in premium or luxury retail, demonstrating a consistent track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or vocational qualification in business, retail or fashion is advantageous but not required.
