Coach Client Relations Support Specialist

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to store sales teams, enabling premium client service and revenue attainment.
- Execute clienteling activities: maintain and update CRM records, support appointment scheduling, follow up on leads and manage client communications.
- Process sales transactions, exchanges and returns accurately; perform cash handling and POS reconciliation when required.
- Coordinate inventory activities including stock replenishment, transfers, cycle counts and resolution of discrepancies with distribution partners.
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly sales and KPI reports to store leadership and regional teams.
- Support visual merchandising and product presentation to uphold brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Act as liaison between store, regional management and corporate functions (logistics, CRM, merchandising) to resolve operational issues.
- Coach and mentor junior store staff on processes, systems and clienteling best practices as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service with polished interpersonal skills and professional presence.
- Accurate numerical aptitude and strong attention to detail for transaction processing and inventory control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years in luxury or premium-brand retail, store operations, or sales support; demonstrable experience with CRM and POS systems and working within fast-paced retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
