Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience through proactive clienteling, styling advice and follow-up to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and communicate brand heritage, materials and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and execute floor sets, window displays and product replenishment to preserve the brand aesthetic.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and ensure compliance with cash-handling procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management including stock counts, receiving shipments, shrink prevention and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate with store management on promotional initiatives, client events and store performance analysis.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales staff when required, modelling service standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales with consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Strong clienteling and relationship-building capabilities, with a focus on repeat revenue and high-value transactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable advising on product selection and styling.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods; able to work standing shifts in a store environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail, fashion, business or related field preferred.

Experience
