Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-value clientele and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories.
  • Maintain impeccable boutique standards: visual merchandising, window displays and floor presentation consistent with brand directives.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store POS; manage payments, gift receipts and returns in accordance with policy.
  • Support inventory control including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving deliveries and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Execute targeted outreach and follow-up activities (phone, email, CRM) to drive repeat business and conversion.
  • Contribute to store operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to health & safety and compliance protocols.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on promotional events, merchandising resets and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for luxury retail selling with strong client service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and to work in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Capacity to perform repetitive physical tasks including standing for extended periods and handling merchandise.
  • Availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience

Typically 1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; proven performance against sales targets is highly desirable.
