Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that cultivates long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective clientelling, product storytelling and suggestive selling.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients on fit, care and provenance.
  • Manage client database entries and follow-up communications using CRM tools to drive conversion and retention.
  • Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards to reflect brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system; handle cash, card and returns in accordance with policy.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, tagging and cycle counts.
  • Uphold loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with store operational and security protocols.
  • Participate in store events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives to amplify brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); additional retail or business education is advantageous.
  • Polished professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to build rapport and deliver white-glove service to a diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
