Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations to achieve and exceed sales KPIs and profitability targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to deliver exemplary client service and foster repeat business.
  • Execute clienteling and CRM initiatives to cultivate high-value customer relationships.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain brand standards and seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Create effective staff schedules, manage shift handovers and support payroll-related administration.
