Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to achieve and exceed sales KPIs and profitability targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to deliver exemplary client service and foster repeat business.
- Execute clienteling and CRM initiatives to cultivate high-value customer relationships.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Manage inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Create effective staff schedules, manage shift handovers and support payroll-related administration.
- Resolve client escalations and ensure consistent delivery of the brand’s customer experience.

- Proven leadership and people-management capabilities with the ability to motivate retail teams.
- Demonstrable sales orientation with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role, preferably within luxury or premium fashion retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a bachelor's degree in business, merchandising or a related field preferred.
