Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in New York, NY — lead sales, coach a retail team and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive daily sales performance and achieve store KPIs through coaching, floor management and active selling.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of sales associates; deliver regular feedback, performance reviews and training to elevate client experience.
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards and floor presentation to ensure brand consistency and seasonal execution.
  • Manage operational tasks including cash handling, shift scheduling, stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
  • Support clienteling activities and CRM initiatives to build long-term relationships and maximize repeat business.
  • Act as first point of escalation for customer resolution and loss-prevention incidents; liaise with store management on escalated issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse sales data to inform day-to-day decisions.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.
  • High standard of personal presentation and deep knowledge of product and brand heritage.

Experience
