Coach seeks a Sales Associate in Woodstock, Georgia — part‑time temporary retail role delivering personalised luxury service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline brand ambassador, consistently delivering Coach styling and service standards.
- Provide personalised styling and product expertise to build long‑term client relationships and loyalty.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and follow up with prospective customers to close sales.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while adhering to POS and asset‑protection procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online/order pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
- Assist teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative, trust‑based environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie; able to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social‑media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data capture is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; previous luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and experience considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Woodstock, Georgia, USA, with easy access to Atlanta.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
