Coach in Waterloo, NY seeks a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service and omni‑channel sales experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and personalized recommendations to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni-channel selling using Mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Achieve personal and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and disciplined execution of personal sales plans.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas to meet business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt professional behaviors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile devices (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; experience in luxury retail, clienteling and omni‑channel selling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

This position is based in Waterloo, New York, USA, within easy reach of Rochester.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
