Coach Sales Associate in Vaughan, Ontario — part-time luxury retail role offering $17.60–$22.00/hr with full benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion recommendations
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling and upselling while meeting personal and team KPIs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans, consistently meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets
- Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales and build brand loyalty
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to asset protection and POS procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors professionally, and maintain composure in demanding situations
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of retail sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom terrain
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape (preferred)
- Luxury retail background with social media savvy (preferred)
- Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling platforms (preferred)
Skills
Experience
1 or more years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
Education
