Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an on‑floor ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalized styling and product advice to build long‑term client relationships and loyalty.
  • Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Engage omni‑channel customers using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture data and stimulate repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and maintain accurate client records and follow‑ups.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap duties, efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and ensure the stockroom is organised and compliant with asset‑protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and execute product movement.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas, foster collaboration, and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
  • Maintain a professional, calm demeanour; welcome feedback and adapt behaviour to evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS systems.
  • Experience using clienteling tools, walkie‑talkies and ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social‑media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations and social selling is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend and manoeuvre in the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
