Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and stimulate omni‑channel purchase behaviour.
- Execute daily operational duties including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt, replenishment and stockroom management.
- Maintain floor standards: visual merchandising, product presentation, housekeeping of sales floor and stockroom, and adherence to asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and loss prevention activities; participate in stock counts and product movement tasks.
- Adapt selling approach to business needs, manage multiple customers with high energy, and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in training, brand initiatives and inclusion activities; accept and act on feedback while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and develop personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile devices (Mobile POS, iPad, laptop); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and experience with omni‑channel selling and clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in fashion, retail, hospitality or related fields and retail certifications are a plus.

Compensation
