Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Tulalip, WA — front-line retail role at Coach (Tapestry) delivering luxury service and omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalized styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert interest into repeat purchases.
- Create and execute personal sales plans; source new customers and perform follow-up to close sales.
- Manage a busy sales floor: attend to multiple customers, maintain high energy, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves and managing product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset protection policies.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping, video demos, and clienteling/data acquisition preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.

Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience strongly preferred, with demonstrated success meeting individual sales targets and participating in omni-channel selling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
