Coach is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in Tucson, Arizona to deliver luxury retail service, drive sales, and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining elevated service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and tailored recommendations
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and data-driven suggestions; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and team KPIs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Source new customers, maintain active relationships, and execute follow-up protocols to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
- Process transactions efficiently—purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups—with accuracy and professionalism
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement according to retail systems
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment; encourage peer performance and participate in brand initiatives and training programs
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, walkie-talkie operation)
- Ability to read price sheets, release schedules, and retail materials accurately
- Strong English language proficiency
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom spaces
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 or more years of sales experience in retail; luxury retail background is preferred. Candidates demonstrating a combination of equivalent professional experience and relevant education will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail certifications are advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
