Coach Sales Associate, Troy Michigan – Join our retail team delivering luxury fashion experiences while meeting sales goals. Part-time, $15–$24.25/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies, POS, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Proficiency with walkie-talkie systems and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible retail environment including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
