Coach is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate (part-time) in Toronto Eaton Centre to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Sell through cross-selling, upselling and curated recommendations to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and complete transactions.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments, stockroom management and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs and traffic patterns.
- Support loss prevention and asset protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with retail policies.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; assist teammates in other functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and kneel as required by retail operations.

Experience
Minimum of one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail experience and proven multi-channel selling (in-store + social/live video) are preferred.
Education
No formal education required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
