Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Toronto, Ontario — deliver personalised luxury retail service for the Tapestry brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalised service in accordance with Coach standards.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through styling guidance, product expertise and follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Engage in omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, processing transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, organised and fully stocked.
  • Support inventory cycles, asset-protection procedures and other retail policies to safeguard merchandise.
  • Collaborate with team members, participate in brand initiatives and training, and adapt behaviour from feedback to maintain a professional retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
  • Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Experience
