Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience consistent with Coach brand standards; build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective product presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain cash-handling protocols.
- Support visual merchandising and store reset activities to uphold brand presentation and seasonal floor plans.
- Manage stockroom activities including receipt, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotions, omnichannel fulfilment (click-and-collect/ship-from-store) and event execution.
- Report client feedback and market intelligence to store leadership to inform local merchandising and service initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands; temporary or seasonal retail experience accepted.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Reliable availability for retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Clear communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift merchandise and perform physical tasks associated with retail operations.

Experience
Typically 1+ years of retail or sales experience; experience with luxury or premium brands preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in retail, fashion, or a related field is a plus.
