Coach Sales Associate position in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. Deliver personalized luxury retail experiences and meet sales goals while representing the Coach brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach brand in alignment with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards, embodying the brand's inclusive and courageous spirit
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling guidance, expert product knowledge, and fashion consultation
- Drive incremental sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Leverage mobile POS systems, clienteling platforms, and social selling tools—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Prospect for new customers, nurture existing relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high-energy floor presence, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and flexibly adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service excellence
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions with efficiency—including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfillment
- Support full inventory lifecycle: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement, and participate in inventory cycles
- Assist teammates across functional areas as operationally required
- Foster collaborative, trust-based team dynamics and actively encourage collective performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Demonstrate receptiveness to feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Ability to operate walkie-talkies and interpret price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
- Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video content creation (preferred)
- Expertise in clienteling and customer data acquisition techniques (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 or more years of sales experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment. Combination of education and professional experience will be considered. Experience with consultative selling, customer relationship management, and omnichannel retail operations is advantageous.
Education
No formal education requirement specified; however, a combination of secondary education and relevant sales experience may fulfill entry-level qualifications.
