Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion guidance
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat business
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to convert prospects into paying clients
  • Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain service excellence
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the sales floor and stockroom while adhering to asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory management cycles including shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement
  • Collaborate with team members across all functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
