Coach Sales Associate, part-time, Taichung outlet—luxury retail role combining in-store service, social selling, and team operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required to meet operational objectives
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage overall team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors quickly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or fashion
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile point-of-sale devices (iPad/laptop), and basic computer skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing demands
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Preferred: Luxury retail background, social media expertise, experience with live-stream shopping or video content creation, clienteling systems, and customer data acquisition
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred. Candidates with fashion retail backgrounds and familiarity with digital selling tools, social media engagement, and video content platforms will be considered particularly strong.
Education
