Coach in Sunbury, OH seeks a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and mobile POS expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain an organized, secure sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
- Work a flexible schedule—including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays—and perform physical tasks (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computing devices (iPad, laptop); experience using mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
- Demonstrable customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
