Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments and stock merchandise.
  • Maintain merchandising and visual standards; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked.
  • Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures; participate in stock counts and product movement.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates, assist across functional areas, and contribute to a trust-based, high-performance environment.
  • Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives, and adapt to feedback while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with POS systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Comfortable creating and executing personal sales plans and meeting KPIs.
  • Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video product demonstrations preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical duties regularly (lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manage stockroom tasks.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience required; background in luxury retail and omni-channel selling is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
