Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Singapore to deliver luxury client service and omnichannel sales at its outlet location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalised styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagements into sales.
- Manage transactional workflows efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support daily store operations: receive and process inventory, replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure an orderly sales floor and stockroom.
- Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating floor traffic, assist teammates across functions and sustain a high-energy, customer-focused environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate adaptability and professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile point-of-sale devices; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and data-acquisition experience; social media savviness and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos are advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak season trading days.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrated success in clienteling, omnichannel selling and meeting sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
