Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream formats) to capture client data and convert interactions into sales.
- Manage transactions and omnichannel fulfilment efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups).
- Perform daily operational duties: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom organisation.
- Balance high-energy floor selling across multiple customers while adapting techniques to business need and peak trading periods.
- Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and fostering a collaborative, trust-based environment.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and coachable feedback cycles while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition aptitude; social media savvy with experience in video demos or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within sales floor and stockroom environments.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience in a customer-facing role; prior luxury retail or outlet experience is strongly preferred.
Education
No formal education requirement; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
