Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences consistent with brand service and style standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert engagements into sales.
- Operate efficiently on the sales floor during peak periods—manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques, and maintain high energy.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pick‑up/returns/exchanges).
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise and ensure merchandise movement aligns with merchandising directives.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection guidelines; maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile sales devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release documentation.
- Social media savvy with experience or interest in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video product demonstrations (preferred).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Adaptable to a fast‑paced retail environment and flexible to work nights, weekends and peak retail periods (including public holidays).
Skills
Experience
At least 1+ year of hands‑on sales experience; prior luxury‑retail exposure is preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building long‑term client relationships.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.
