Coach — Salt Lake City, UT: Part-time Sales Associate to deliver personalized luxury service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences through styling advice, product expertise, and relationship-building to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert omni-channel opportunities.
  • Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining floor standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
  • Maintain an organized, safe sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behavior professionally.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficient with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); experience using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in-store.
  • Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or product video demos, and demonstrated clienteling/data acquisition skills.

Experience

Minimum of one year in retail sales; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and executing omni‑channel selling is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
