Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including receiving, unpacking and organizing stock, replenishment and returns processing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to assist with sales transactions, exchanges and cash handling while ensuring accuracy and reconciliation.
- Deliver attentive client service and support clienteling activities—answering enquiries, scheduling appointments and maintaining customer records as directed.
- Execute visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to ensure window and in-store displays meet brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock audits; identify and report discrepancies to store management.
- Coordinate with the store team and distribution for transfers, special orders and repairs to support client fulfilment.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, cash controls and corporate compliance policies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable organizational skills.
- Basic numeracy and experience handling cash or POS transactions accurately.
- Ability to perform physical tasks typical to retail (stock handling, prolonged standing; able to lift up to ~25 lbs / 11 kg).

Entry-level role: 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred; prior luxury or branded retail experience is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail certification or short courses in customer service/merchandising desirable.
